Passenger Services

The GlobeGround Ticketing and Reservations Office at Henri Coanda International Airport is located in the International Departures Terminal, ground floor. Flight reservations and ticket issuance are mainly performed in Amadeus and upon customer requirements we host several ticketing and reservations systems, including simplified internet based solutions. We are specialized in offering the best available prices and flight connections for all airlines. The most important thing  when travelling is to arrive at your destination on time and well rested.









The GlobeGround Lost&Found Office located in the Arrival Hall at Henri Coanda International  Airport is the first point of contact for passengers when they experience lost, delayed or damaged luggage. Our vastly experienced team is trained to deal with customers in an efficient and courteous manner aiming to turn a negative and stressful situation into a positive outcome for the customer.

Our office is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year providing customers with a seamless service, answering telephone enquiries and e-mail queries to ensure the customer is always updated with the latest information.
